These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dentaloo platform. By accessing or using Dentaloo, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Dentaloo

2. Privacy & HIPAA

3. Eligibility

5. Subscriptions, Payments & Cancellations

7. License & Permitted Use

8. User Content & Submissions

10. International Users
If you access Dentaloo outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dentaloo from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of the Service, violations of these Terms, User Content, or third-party integrations.
12. Arbitration Agreement
All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
No jury trials. No class actions.
13. Warranty Disclaimer
Dentaloo is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind.
14. Limitation of Liability
Dentaloo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
15. Termination
Dentaloo may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or security risks.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable BAAs constitute the entire agreement between you and Dentaloo.
17. Changes to Terms
Dentaloo may update these Terms with at least 30 days' notice.
